Audio Fidelity Releases Kate Bush Classic Sensual World On 180 Gram Vinyl LP
Culver City, CA-November 30, 2010-Marshall Blonstein and his label Audio Fidelity have collectors scrambling once again with the release of the Kate Bush title Sensual World (1989) on gorgeous 180 gram vinyl. The limited numbered pressing includes the LP in the original gatefold sleeve and artwork.
Four years after her masterpiece Hounds of Love, Ms. Bush kept the creative fires burning without falling prey to the unsuccessful follow up syndrome many artists face after reaching a zenith in the recording process. She picked up where she left off and Sensual World remains one of her greatest accomplishments to date. The musical maturity on the recording is evident from the opening title track throughout the entire run of the album. Kate takes the subject of love and turns it into a story that comes alive on both sides of the LP.
Once again her voice took charge epitomizing the title of the album by using poignant vocalizations set to an art rock backdrop provided by such artists as David Gilmour on “Love and Anger".
Mastered by Steve Hoffman and Kevin Gray, Sensual World gets the exclusive treatment it deserves preserving and enhancing the sounds through the warm grooves of virgin vinyl.
"The album is Kate's most mature and most sensual work... this is sexuality on a different level."
Sensual World embodies the word “masterpiece” and Audio Fidelity reproduces one of Kate Bush’s aural voyages to final perfection on this instant collector’s item.
