One Pretty Minute is a nice name for a band and many times the name of the band fits the music. In this case it is nothing of the sort. There is nothing "pretty" about this music. What you get is brutal in your face hard rock that drives the lyrics home in every instance. Sometimes you need to kickstart your day and hard hitting music is just what the doctor ordered. Look no further than Ohio's own One Pretty Minute.  I will take one perscription with unlimited refills please? This is killer stuff. Get ready for the ride!

Artist Bio:

One Pretty Minute is an energetic hard rock band from Columbus, Ohio. Driven by anger, lies, and deception, the band presents emotional and powerful content backed by driving and aggressive arrangements of active rock.

Formed in 2008, the band solidified its line-up in 2009 and began a relentless climb to become one of the hardest working bands in the Columbus OH music scene. From their modest beginnings as a club band playing to anyone that would listen, to their current status as one of the most called upon support acts for nationally touring bands such as All That Remains, Powerman5000, Taproot, Egypt Central, Trust Company, and Eye Empire to name a few- OPM has climbed the proverbial ladder and proven they are among the top acts in the capital city.

OPM has been working hard to travel the region playing in many cities across the Midwest. They travel in support of their two EPs, The System, released on MyPixo Records in the spring of 2011 and Addict, released on Broad Horizon records in the spring of 2012. In just a short number of weeks after release, the band sold out every physical copy of both albums. Although still available for digital download from iTunes, CDBaby and all other outlets, this was great accomplishment for the band, and a testament to the non-stop work ethic and support of their fans.

After release of Addict, radio stations across the country have played tracks from the album. Notable is KHRN in Dallas TX, The Blitz in Columbus OH, as well as internet stations from all over including Canada and Japan.
