We found Robert's music hard to ignore, especially when your toes are tapping on the floor as if they had a mind of their own! His voice reminds you of past greats like Steely Dan and The Beatles. Every song sticks to you like glue.
Robert Graham has always written hooky music. Growing up both in British Columbia and Western Australia, Graham had an insatiable appetite for "what was on the radio" from an early age.
He learned a lot about the ingredients needed for a song to really have impact.
He has worked as a professional pianist, accompanist, vocalist, music director, and played with many multi-genre bands on two continents.
Graham has toured the UK twice with Canadian roots supergroup "Tanglefoot", and performed with Australia's "Los Chasquis" and the "Michael George Band" (Kingston Ontario) and written his own songs.
Together with world-class producer Chris Brown, and some of NYC's finest musicians, Graham has released "STORM IN A TEACUP", a wide ranging album of songs which you immediately want to invite into your life as soon as you hear them.
In Graham's music you can hear echoes of David Bowie, the Beatles, ELO, Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Van Halen, the Cars, Manu Chao, Billy Joel, Joe Jackson, Ray Charles, Ben Folds, and Gary Numan, just to name a lot!.
"Ingenious, sophisticated pop music with more twists and turns than the average Agatha Christie thriller" - BBC Tees (UK)
Robert Graham has lived in British Columbia, Perth Australia and now lives in Eastern Ontario.
